golf in Des Moines, Iowa

We arrived an hour early for our tee time, but we were able to go off any way. I always thought that Iowa was flat with yellow cornfields and hay. That is definitely not true for their golf courses-hilly hilly hilly and steep hills at that. After our game we went to B of A  and we were talking golf and the manager mentioned that the course we just played was one of the longest hardest and hilliest course in Iowa.. Yikes!!

We had such fun-our scores were lousey-we'll do better next time.
