Plymouth, Massachusetts

We toured the Mayflower 11 this morning in Plymouth. The weather was beautiful and the tour was very interesting. I am so glad our mode of long distance traveling is by motor home or an airplane. There was 102 passengers on the boat and 30 crew, it would have been really crowed with half that many. Those people were amazingly brave and were able to withstand hardships that none of us would even understand.

After the tour we walked along the waterfront toward the Plymouth Rock.



                       



We thought that this picture would put in perspective on how really small this famous rock is.
