Grand Ole Opry

On the 18th of October we  went to the Gaylord Opry Hotel and Convention Center to look around. It is situated on 9 acres and in the middle is this wonderful forest of the most beautiful and well kept forest. It took us about 2 hours to walk amongst the trees, flowers, waterfalls and rivers. It was breathtaking.

It was our anniversary and we had such a good time making memories.

After our tour we went to the "Aquarium" for a dinner. This particular tank has 215,000 gallons of water. It was so peaceful to watch all the fish during dinner.

Another fun adventure checked off our bucket list.

These pumkins had carving of famous country stars. If you follow "The Voice" you can recognize Blake Shelton on the right.

Jim Lauderdale is a song writer for many stars. He also is a great singer in his own right.

Marty Stuart and his band was the featured group.

  1. Happy anniversary! Great photos! The Denver Aquarium has a restaurant with tanks all around, like the one you went to. Awesome!

  2. Happy Anniversary, Ron & Kathy. A little late because I've fallen behind on your blogs. Glad to hear you're living your dream.
