On our last 2 days of volunteering we were positioned on the green of 3. We were instructed to keep the crowd quiet while the ladies were hitting the ball. We would just raise our arms high and the spectators knew to stop moving and keep quiet. We had a great time. Ron brought his binoculars to see the ladies when they hit off the tee, hit their second shot onto the green. The golf course was absolutely beautiful, the maintenance fee assessed each home owner was $675.00 a month and that did not include golf!!
Our friends Jim and Lynda were given the task of measuring each players drive off the tee and reporting
it to the official walking score keeper.(they were busy)
In a tournament the players only have 11 minutes per hole.
This sand-trap was a favorite for the ball to go into after the ladies 2nd shot!! .
