Alaska Cruise-first day, June 30, 2013

The first leg of our Alaskan adventure was the Bremerton-Seattle ferry.
The morning was beautiful and our spirits were high-we were all so excited.
The view of the Norwegian Pearl from the ferry.
Adam and Denise took us to the ferry and Adam drove on board with all our luggage.
Once we got to Seattle, some of us road with Adam, some walked and Kourtni
decided she wanted to ride with the luggage. Glad we only had a few blocks to go.
All this luggage for 6 people? Yikes
We were called a few days prior to sailing and offered an upgrade and we just couldn't say no!! We were considered VIP's-What a way to go!! We never have ever had such royal treatment. First to board, escorted to our stateroom, fresh flowers and a bottle of Champagne on ice!! in our room!!
View from our stateroom
We had so much room-it was so fun to share it with the kids. We even had a full size bathroom with tub and a hanging closet that was bigger than any we have in the rig or the cabin...

Our deck had more room than the kid's whole room. The deck and our room were more square footage than our motor home and maybe our cabin in the woods!! The one drawback is that it will be hard to go  on another cruise with out all the amenities that we have come to enjoy.
What a deck !!!!and the views were awesome!!
Stacie, Ron, Kourtni, Chrystina and my favorite son-in-law Tony (my only son-in-law)

We were off to great start!!
